Salary : $60,000 - $250,000

About the Role :

Were looking for a purpose-driven, community-oriented sales and outreach specialist to help expand access to both mental health solutions and financial wellness services for individuals, families, and business owners.

This unique hybrid role combines outreach, education, and sales, allowing you to make an impact while building a flexible, rewarding income.

This is a commission-based independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential.

There is potential for a base hourly rate for the right candidate who demonstrates strong outreach or closing abilities.

What Youll Be Doing : Community & Client Outreach

Build relationships with schools, organizations, churches, and professionals to connect individuals with mental health and financial solutions
Engage local and digital communities to raise awareness and generate leads
Represent our brands at events and through social platforms

Sales & Consultative Guidance

Follow up with leads and get clients setup with appointments for services including counseling, life insurance, and retirement planning

Help walk individuals, families and business owners through service options and solutions

Educate and guide clients toward peace of mindboth emotionally and financially

Marketing & Awareness

Promote services through email, social media, community presentations, and other creative methods

Collaborate with leadership to develop outreach campaigns and storytelling content

Help eliminate the stigma around mental health and empower financial literacy

Experience in community engagement, sales, outreach, or client services
