Virtual Design Chat Consultant

A company is looking for a Virtual Design - Chat Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to live chat requests promptly while handling multiple chats simultaneously

Assist customers in creating their dream spaces and closing design purchases

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide product information

Required Qualifications

3+ months of design experience required

High School Diploma or GED

Computer literate with the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm

Must have own desktop or laptop that meets specified technical requirements

Ability to complete mandatory paid training with 100% attendance
