Senior Accountant :
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Accountant to join their team!
The Senior Accountant assists with financial analysis of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management.
Responsibilities :
- Assists with the coordination and preparation of the monthly financial statements and reporting packages.
- Analyzes and reports variances.
- Reconciles cash accounts daily and follows up on unreconciled bank transactions.
- Responsible for reconciling employee expense reports to the company credit card statement and reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy monthly.
- Assists in determining depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items and advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax revisions recommended by outside tax group.
- Manages the 1099 process and is responsible for the compliance of 1099 filings.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of GAAP through research and application, assisting to ensure compliance within our organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- CPA Eligible
- Intermediate to Advanced in Excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience :
- CPA Certification
- D365 Finance & Operations
