Occupational Therapist – Shreveport, LA
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $80,000+ per year Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a qualified, passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at their clinic in Shreveport, LA. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate, we welcome your application. Our team values clinical excellence, empathy, and collaboration to deliver high-quality care in a supportive, community-focused environment. Responsibilities:
  • Set clear expectations for patients’ functional progress and therapy outcomes
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ daily living and working skills
  • Provide resources such as customized home exercise or activity programs
  • Deliver 5-star customer service alongside high-quality clinical care
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent)
  • Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Louisiana
  • Passion for the field and commitment to continued learning
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and empathetic approach to patient care

Salary and Benefits
  • Base salary for new graduates: $80,000 with incentive opportunities
  • Increases based on experience
