Job Responsibilities

• Works with the Sr. Project Manager to provide overall management in all phases of construction for one of more commercial electrical projects and develops new business opportunities relative to the particular Client, group of Clients or geographical area.
• Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers expectations and ensured that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies. And SHA mandates requirements.
• Works with the Sr. Project Manager to establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
• Represents company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations, strategy meetings.
• Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintains good relationship with clients.
• Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work.
• Work is performed on the Project Site
