What's the Opportunity?
We're seeking a forward-thinking Senior People Business Partner to drive organizational excellence through data-informed people strategies. In this role, you'll be a strategic advisor who combines analytical rigor with human-centered approaches to create meaningful impact across our Engineering, Product Management, Design (EPD) teams.
What will I be doing?
Main pillars of the role :
- Design, lead and execute people programs
- Manage employee relations cases
- Support recruiting activity for leadership roles
During the day to that this means :
Lead with data to shape and execute people strategies that directly impact business outcomes, using analytics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and guide decision-makingOversee cross-functional projects using structured project management methodologies to deliver high-impact people programsPartner with leadership to optimize organizational design, talent development, and succession planning through data-backed recommendationsCreate and maintain people analytics dashboards to monitor key metrics around engagement, retention, DEI progress, and organizational healthCombine insights and observations to influence healthy, productive work environments for all Qualians, which includes implementing solutions to address or improve situations that are in direct conflict with our core valuesDesign and implement innovative DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive culture, including developing metrics to track progress and impactSupport hiring process for leadership roles such as Director level and above [review JD in partnerships with hiring manager and talent partner, attend regular recruiting meetings, advise hiring team, prepare metrics and data]How Will I Make an Impact?

5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments3+ years as an HRBP, supporting global EPD teams and understanding of their unique needsProficiency in leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance HR processes, including :Using AI analytics for workforce insights and predictive modelingImplementing AI-powered solutions for talent developmentAutomating routine HR tasks while maintaining the human touchUtilizing AI tools for employee engagement analysis and sentiment trackingDeep expertise in core HR functions, elevated through strategic use of AI :Data-driven organizational designAI-enhanced succession planning and talent mappingTechnology-enabled employee relations and engagementPerformance analytics and coachingPredictive retention strategy developmentStrong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiativesExperience hiring leadership roles such as Director and above levelsExperience building and implementing DEI strategies with measurable outcomesKnowledge of HR analytics tools and ability to create compelling data visualizationsUnderstanding of US and Irish labor laws, other requiring a plusOutstanding relationship-building abilities with a consultative approachSHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or GPHR Certification a plusExperience in life sciences or regulated industries a plusWhat Should My Approach Be?
