Attorney - Creditors Rights - Real Property and Automobile Default - California

IDEA Law Group, LLC is 100% women owned, operated, and controlled multistate law firm with a robust creditor’s rights practice. This position requires an attorney licensed in California and is a hybrid position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creditors' Rights Attorney licensed in California with a minimum of 3 years of practice in key areas including :

• Judicial and non-judicial foreclosures
• Litigation involving secured transactions, lien enforcement, and related disputes
• Vehicle recovery, including impounds and replevins
• Unlawful detainer / evictions
• Bankruptcy proceedings (Ch. 7, 11, and 13) on behalf of creditors
• Real estate title curative work
• Qualifications :
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• At least 3 years of experience in creditors' rights and related litigation
• Strong understanding of applicable state and federal laws;
• Courtroom experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and appearing in hearings;
• Highly organized, efficient, and digitally fluent;
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision and able to work with a team;
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Preferred Experience :
• Representation of institutional lenders or loan servicers
• Familiarity with title and lien priority issues
• Comfort with technology and legal case management platforms
