Senior Scrum master

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support Product Owner with backlog maintenance and prioritization.
• Track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure timely and efficient team delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA for team collaboration and tracking.
• Work in a hybrid environment with distributed teams.
• Leverage 8+ years of Scrum Master experience, preferably with a Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
• Retail or eCommerce industry experience is a plus.
• Contract position based in Atlanta, GA, with in-person work required.
