What YOU will be responsible for as a Plumbing Service Technician :

Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers

Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining plumbing systems and their components in residential applications

Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them

Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process

Learning the Signature Plumbing Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)

Residential Service Plumber Job Requirements :

5+ years of residential plumbing experience

Journeyman / Journeywoman and Master Plumbers welcomed

Effective communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Service call begins with diagnosing plumbing challenges then providing an estimate to close the sale

Recommend repairs to customers

Perform repairs and replacement of plumbing parts, fixtures, and water heaters

Experience in drain cleaning, sewers and well pumps

Provide exceptional customer service

Must have a valid driver’s license with good record of driving

Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
