What You'll Do :

• Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand.
• Serve as a leader in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide customers with solutions for their Plumbing systems
• Follow-up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Diagnosing; leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc.
• Repairing / replacing broken pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, shower valves, etc
• Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck.
