LHH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager with deep expertise in multi-entity, global accounting and private fund structures. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment. This role will lead complex consolidations, manage reconciliations across global entities, and provide technical accounting guidance to senior leadership. This is a hybrid role, and the anticipated compensation is between $150,000-$170,000 a year.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee monthly and quarterly cash reconciliations across multiple entities and bank accounts.
  • Manage the accounting and reporting of long-term debt, including new issuances, repayments, and covenant compliance.
  • Supervise a 3rd-party firm handling interest rate swap hedge accounting, including hedge effectiveness testing, fair value assessments, and journal entries under ASC 815.
  • Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and settlements, ensuring accuracy across all global entities.
  • Partner with Treasury, Tax, and Audit teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within reconciliations, reporting, and quarter-end close procedures.
  • Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex issues such as debt modifications and hedge accounting.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Mentor and develop accounting staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required (CPA or advanced degree preferred).

6+ years of progressive accounting and management experience.

Combination of public accounting (Big 4 or regional) and industry experience preferred.

Strong background in multi-entity consolidations, global accounting, and private fund structures (master-feeder fund experience highly preferred).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Financial Consolidation, or similar systems a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated initiative and independent problem-solving skills.
