Senior Content Strategist

SUMMARY : Groundfloor is seeking a strategic content manager who can build trust, educate investors, and drive growth through smart, data-driven storytelling.  In this role, you’ll own the full content and email marketing strategy. Designing frameworks, crafting narratives, and executing campaigns that guide people from curiosity to confident investing.

• You think strategically about content! Every email, article, and landing page serves a purpose and drives measurable outcomes.
• You’ve led end-to-end content and email programs, ideally in fintech, investing, or financial services.
• You’re fluent in HubSpot and use automation, segmentation, and reporting to drive engagement and conversions.
• You love working cross-functionally! Collaborating with design, data, and compliance to make ideas real.
• You’re equally at home with strategy decks, performance dashboards and use data to tell a story of impact.
