We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including billing, collections, and cash applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices.
• Collaborate with other departments to address billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Assist in improving and streamlining accounts receivable processes for increased efficiency.
• Handle collections for guests and clients associated with the hotel.
• Support team members as needed and contribute to a positive and detail-oriented office environment.
• Adhere to company policies, including dress code and conduct standards.
• Utilize relevant software and technology tools to perform financial tasks effectively.
• Participate in training and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
