Construction Superintendent II

This role involves overseeing and coordinating field construction activities across multiple trade disciplines (e.g., electrical, plumbing, mechanical, finishes) to ensure safe, timely, and quality project execution. The candidate will work closely with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to support all phases of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades during active field construction
• Review construction drawings and assist in scope of work development
• Develop and maintain project schedules; ensure subcontractor adherence to timelines
• Lead and attend weekly client progress meetings
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and resolve on-site conflicts
• Obtain, submit, and track material submittals and shop drawings
• Perform field layout and monitor construction progress
• Review subcontractor performance for adherence to safety protocols and work quality
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain photo documentation of project activities
• Track monthly subcontractor labor hours and provide to the Safety representative monthly.
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project closeout documentation
• Review and approve subcontractor payment applications
