Planner-Administratief Bediende

Binnen de afdeling Drooggrondverzet ben je de spil in de organisatie van onze projecten. Je staat in voor de planning van personeel en materieel, cordineert administratieve processen en ondersteunt het team om projecten vlot en efficint te laten verlopen.

Your Responsibilities

Opstellen en opvolgen van de werkplanning voor de afdeling Drooggrondverzet
Cordineren van de inzet van medewerkers en materieel
Administratieve verwerking van time-sheets, werkbonnen en andere projectdocumentatie
Ondersteunen van het projectteam bij administratieve taken en rapportages
Communicatie met interne afdelingen en externe partners
Zorg dragen voor correcte archivering en opvolging van dossiers

Your Profile

Je hebt een relevant diploma (bijvoorbeeld in logistiek, administratie of bouw)

Ervaring in planning en / of administratie, bij voorkeur binnen de bouw- of grondverzetsector

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan goed prioriteiten stellen

Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en je bent een teamspeler

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Kennis van ERP-systemen is een pluspunt

Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (kennis van het Frans en het Engels is een pluspunt)
