Director of Engineering Excellence

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide vision and leadership for the Engineering Excellence team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Define and enforce engineering standards to ensure consistency and quality across products and platforms

Champion DevSecOps principles and spearhead modernization initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or 6 years equivalent experience)

10+ years of total experience in software engineering

3+ years in management or senior technical leadership

Strong background in DevSecOps, CI / CD pipelines, and automation frameworks

Hands-on expertise with tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker (or equivalents)
