Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our team onsite at our Los Angeles office . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in marketing and gain hands-on experience supporting client campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns.
Support project teams by coordinating timelines, materials, and deliverables.
Help prepare presentations, marketing materials, and reports for client meetings.
Assist with event coordination, logistics, and vendor communication.
Maintain organized documentation, reports, and project files.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing and project management teams.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work onsite at our Los Angeles office (this is not a remote position).
