Job descriptionMinimum one (1) year of experience as an SLP working with individuals with developmental disabilities Minimum one (1) year of pediatric experience (birth to 5 years of age) Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback, mentor colleagues, and support professional growth Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire Criminal record clearance from DOJ required Valid California Driver’s License, safe driving record, and at least 2 years of driving experience Current and adequate auto insurance CPR / FA certification (training provided if not already certified) Strong accountability and follow-through in documentation, compliance, and training requirements Adaptability in responding to changing policies, staffing needs, and family crises
