About The Role :

Our Implementation and training specialists are self-starters, demonstrate impeccable customer service skills, and lead by example.

They do primarily virtual training with clients, and occasionally will train onsite when applicable. When they aren’t following up with weekly client outreach and additional virtual training as needed, they monitor clients' usage and statistics, and coach our clients to success and greatness.

This is a full-time, in office position at the San Francisco, Jackson Square office location.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with client onboarding upon receiving a signed agreement to collect all necessary details and other information required to customize their WUWTA platform.
  • Following the project plan for each client, and completing the tasks that are needed in order to maintain timely delivery.
  • Communicating with clients throughout the build process to obtain feedback and approvals.
  • Tailoring the platform based on clients’ individual needs and specifications. Ie : Message Types and Instructions.
  • Educating clients on how to use the platform and features.
  • Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
  • Answering questions from clients after going live with the platform to ensure success.

Your Experience & Skill

  • 3-5 years experience in software implementation and training in any type of business (healthcare is a plus)
  • Experience in account management
  • Proficient in working with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) (or the Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience working with project management & CRM tools (Wrike, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks and maintain a standard workflow
  • Strong verbal / written communication and listening skills, as we are interacting with clients / customers daily
  • Independent self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a team
  • Flexible with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change
  • Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency when needed
