FIPS 140 Security Engineer

A company is looking for a FIPS 140 Security Engineer to support various FIPS 140 validation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct general security analysis and design work for product architecture

Perform vulnerability and physical security testing, along with system-level logical analysis

Evaluate products against technology type standards and conduct cryptographic testing

Required Qualifications

BS degree with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience

Cryptographic Validation Program (CVP) Certification

Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java

Familiarity with network setup, subnetting, and routing concepts
