About the Role :

The Company is looking for a WMS IT Analyst to support daily warehouse operations and ensure the warehouse management system (WMS) runs smoothly. This role is hands-on - ideal for someone who has spent time on the warehouse floor, understands how orders flow from receiving to shipping, and can help troubleshoot, train, and improve system usage.

Key Responsibilities :

• ct as the primary WMS point of contact for configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Train warehouse staff on system workflows and ensure consistent, accurate usage.
• Support daily operational reporting and data accuracy in Microsoft Excel.
• Work closely with supervisors and leads to identify and fix process bottlenecks.
• Communicate with IT and software vendors when system issues arise.
• Maintain user permissions and help roll out new system features or updates.
