Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the Quality department across two production facilities. This role involves reporting directly to the VP of Operations and requires a high degree of independence as it involves managing the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program. Each day presents new challenges, as the manager is responsible for overseeing two QA technicians, reviewing products and processes, conducting physical testing, managing all phases of the Quality Management System (QMS), handling customer complaints, and managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) while reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Additional responsibilities include purchasing raw materials, conducting site audits, and leading safety committee meetings.

Work Environment
The position is lab-based with a focus on physical testing, supporting both Lake Moor and Lake Bluff sites. The role typically follows a first shift schedule but requires flexibility to meet expectations. There is minor travel involved to suppliers or sales visits, which is very rare. The work environment is collaborative, offering cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.29 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
