Quality Engineer
Responsible for maintaining and creating production standards for our die cast and CNC operation.
Establish quality control systems and procedures. The quality engineer will help create
improvements as part of an engineering team. They will work to find defects, determine root
causes of those defects and help provide solutions to defected problems.
Position Responsibilities
- Auditing systems based on ISO 9001 : 2015 requirements, champion our ISO system.
- Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on malfunctions
- Perform hourly inspections in the die cast area including trim press area.
- Champion our safety program
Requirements include
- CMM experience a plus.
- Full knowledge and capable of producing full PPAP’s (minimum Level 3).
- Personable
- Self-motivated
- Task orientated
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel.

- 3+ years as a quality engineer in a manufacturing environment.
