Senior Systems Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Support Specialist specializing in Linux & DICOM / PACS.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Radiology IT systems, including RIS, PACS, and VNA

Collaborate with radiologists and IT staff to address system issues and optimize workflows

Support DICOM, HL7, and other healthcare interoperability standards to ensure system integration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, preferably in radiology systems support

Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and medical imaging workflows

Proficiency in Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and / or Oracle
