Job Description :

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (Stamford, CT) Assess clients referred for evaluation and treatment by primary care providers or by licensed clinical social workers in primary care centers of school-based health centers of CHC. Prescribe medication as needed and monitor client response to medication in coordination with the client’s primary therapist. Will also work at Danbury, Norwalk, and Middletown, CT locations.
