We are seeking a passionate and experienced  Executive Chef  to lead our kitchen team and uphold the high standards that make us a local favorite.

Position Overview :

The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, staff management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This role requires a creative and strategic leader who can balance culinary innovation with operational efficiency to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities :

• Menu Development :  Create and refine seasonal menus that showcase Italian cuisine and premium steaks, incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
• Team Leadership :  Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Quality Control :  Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Inventory & Cost Management :  Oversee food inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals while minimizing waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance :  Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Culinary Innovation :  Stay current with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu while honoring the restaurant’s Italian steakhouse roots.
