Key Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on broker relationships and benefit strategies
Deliver compelling demonstrations of the benefits suite to brokers and employers, both online and in-person
Achieve sales goals and manage a pipeline while maintaining strong communication with broker partners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, and HRAs
Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms)
Experience working with employers, providers, or consultants on employee benefit programs
Direct selling experience to employers
Bachelor's degree
