Job Title : Senior Growth Analyst / Senior Strategy Analyst Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 12 days remote / week) Compensation : $120,000$140,000 base + 20% bonus Industry : Consumer Services | Private Equity-Backed

Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for growth, M&A, and high-impact analytics? A fast-growing, PE-backed consumer services company is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to join its Corporate Development team. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with C-Suite executives, influence strategic decisions, and gain exposure to private equity in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute growth strategies across greenfield expansion, M&A, and new ventures.
  • Conduct advanced financial and data modeling to evaluate business opportunities and forecast ROI.
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration planning.
  • Build clean, executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights that drive performance and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift quickly and innovation is constant.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SQL or PowerBI is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills comfortable interfacing with C-Suite executives.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Exposure to M&A processes (direct experience a plus).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
