TheStaffAccountantwillsupportthefinancialoperationsofthecompanybyperformingavarietyofaccountingtasks,includingreconciliations,financialreporting,andauditpreparation. Thisrolerequiresstronganalyticalskills,attentiontodetail,andtheabilitytocollaboratewithinternaldepartmentstoensureaccurateandtimelyfinancialdata.
- Reconciliationofbankaccounts,investmentaccounts,intercompanyaccounts,andprepaidexpenses.
- Processfixedassetadditionsanddisposals,includingdepreciation.
- Performadvancedmonthlybalancesheetaccountreconciliations.
- Prepareallocationentriesforquarries,equipment,jobcosts,andmiscellaneousjournalentries.
- Performsubcontractorreconciliationandentry,includinglienwaivertracking.
- Reconcileandenterpaymentapplicationsandprocessmiscellaneousinvoicing.
- Conducttimeandmaterials(T&M)reconciliationandanalysis.
- Preparedocumentationandrespondtoyear-endfinancialauditrequests.
- Assistwithinsurancerenewalsandaudits.
- Maintainorganizedfilingsystemsandensureproperrecordretention.
- Completecontractorprequalificationapplications.
- FileannualreportswiththeSecretaryofState.
- SupportProjectManagerswithfinancialandadministrativerequests.
- Reconcileandfilesalestaxreturns.
- Updateinsurancepolicieswithvehicleadditionsandchanges.
- ServeasbackupforAccountsPayable,includinginvoiceentryandcheckprocessing.
