Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using both creativity and data to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Assist current Marketing Director

Help develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and direct mail.

Manage and grow Fitzwilliams Financial’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Create and distribute marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and client communications.

Coordinate direct mail campaigns and maintain accurate marketing lists.

Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and data analysis.

Track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics.

Support event marketing, client webinars, and special projects.

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of marketing experience (experience in financial services or professional services preferred).

Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

Interest or experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic Studio).

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Be able to meet deadlines and function under pressure.
