Vice President of Market Access

A company is looking for a Vice President, Market Access.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Market Access strategies for the investigational psilocybin treatment, focusing on US reimbursement channels

Lead payer strategy, coverage policy development, and prior authorization strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Manage government pricing compliance and build market access capabilities within budget parameters

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in pharma / biotech market access with a focus on CNS / psychiatry payer engagement

Deep expertise in the US payer landscape, health economics, and reimbursement processes

Experience with breakthrough therapies or specialty therapeutics is preferred

Advanced degree in Health Economics, Pharmacy, Public Health, or MBA; PharmD or health economics training valued

Passionate about expanding mental health treatment access and reducing stigma
