Seed Manager

We are currently working with a company that is actively seeking a Seed Manager to join their team in Western Illinois. They’re looking for real leader with prior experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running.  Also, looking for someone with excellent management skills that's good with people and they're ready to hire immediately upon finding the best qualified candidate.

Seed Manager Responsibilities :

• Prior experience managing a seed department
• Knowledge and understanding of seed programs
• Sales training skills
• Well organized
• Ability to train and manage crew
