CRM Senior Specialist
The CRM Senior Specialist, a fully remote position, will report directly to the Senior Manager, CRM, and plays a critical role in the setup, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and transactional communications that leverage our customer contact info, including but not limited to email, SMS, on-site messaging, and direct mail campaigns.
Base Pay Range : $95,000 - $105,000 / annually
Essential job functions :
- Build, test, and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns, including one-off emails, complex nurture streams, and automated customer journeys.
- Create and manage all marketing assets within the platform, including email templates, landing pages, forms, and subscription preference centers.
- Develop and manage audience segmentation, creating dynamic and static lists to ensure the right message gets to the right audience at the right time.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to provide optimization recommendations.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Iterable platform, including user profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and answering "how-to" questions in a timely manner.
- Partner with the Data / Analytics team to execute all data management tasks, including data cleansing, de-duplication, record merging, and mass data imports / exports.
- Build and maintain foundational reports, dashboards, automation rules, and templates as requested by the business.
- Partner with the Senior Manager to design, build, test, and deploy complex CRM solutions, including advanced automations, custom workflows, and new system integrations.
- Maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to track performance for marketing, DTC, and other business teams.
- Analyze platform data to derive actionable insights and provide recommendations that support strategic business goals.
- Serve as the "technical co-pilot" to the Senior Manager, acting as a collaborative partner in brainstorming, solution design, and strategic planning.

Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related field preferred, or relevant equivalent experienceExperience : A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, operations, or analytics.Platform Proficiency : Proven expertise with at least one major CRM platform (Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Klayvio, or similar) is essential.Campaign Management : Demonstrable experience in designing, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, etc.).Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze customer data, campaign performance, and web / app analytics to derive actionable insights and effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to team members at all levels.Technical Skills : Proficiency in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and A / B testing methodologies.Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT).Data Management : Solid understanding of database management principles, data hygiene, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
