Job descriptionJuris Doctor Basic understanding of contract law and corporate legal processes Prior internship or work experience in a corporate legal setting is preferred Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance practices Proficiency in MS O ice tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and analyze commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents
- Support the legal team in corporate governance, compliance matters, and internal policy review
- Maintain and manage legal documentation and contract repositories
- Assist with legal research and the preparation of legal opinions or briefs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risk is minimized
- Ensure all documentation complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide support during audits and other compliance checks
