The global benefits and well-being team is looking for a project coordinator to support the team with a range of benefit strategy and implementation activities, including project coordination (managing meeting logistics, agendas, notes and follow ups, budgets, status and stakeholder updates) and other administrative support to ensure team goals and objectives are met.
The global benefits team is responsible for health & welfare, retirement, life & disability, well-being and other programs for the client's 50,000+ employees across over 75 countries. Primary focus will be on supporting benefit programs in the U.S.
Responsibilities :
- Project coordination for multiple projects, including managing meeting logistics, agendas, notes and follow ups, budgets, status and stakeholder updates.
- Organizes and manages the day-to-day administrative tasks of projects and ensures project deliverables and milestones are met.
- Tracks deliverables and provides reports to the project manager and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for delivering standard department and / or project dashboards, modifying as needed.
- Provide administrative support to VP and other team members, including calendaring and coordination for large meetings, onboarding / offboarding team members, and assisting with other duties as needed.
- Supports live events / benefit / well-being fairs / meeting room logistics.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or partially completed degree preferred.1-3 years of project coordination experience.Self-starter and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in project management tools (i.e. SmartSheet, MS Project). Well-versed in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Aptitude to quickly learn new software.Proficient with or aptitude to learn a range of analytical tools.Strong oral and written communication skills.Highly organized, meets deadlines and deliverables.Top 3 – 5 Skills Needed for the Role :
