Responsibilities

Lead a team of contract analysts to support the company's commercial strategy through negotiations and contract management.

Collaborate with internal departments including Supply Chain, Maintenance, Air Operations, and HR to develop RFPs and RFQs.

Drive effective negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and successful outcomes.

Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate vendor effectiveness and alignment with company goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Airline Transport Pilot certificate with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

5–8 years of pilot experience, including at least 3 years as Pilot-In-Command under Part 135 or Part 121.

Deep knowledge of aviation safety standards, safe operating practices, and relevant Federal Aviation Regulations.

Experience in writing technical documentation or periodical literature.

Must meet CFR Part 119.67(a) qualifications for the Part 119 Director of Operations role.

Background in airline management or instructing.

Proficiency in English (spoken, read, and written fluently).

Authorization to work in the U.S.
