JOB TITLE : Junior Designer

Supervisor : Principal

Description :

To support and participate with a design team in creating functionally beautiful spaces

for residential and commercial clients while using industry knowledge, design experience,

and creativity.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To work on projects from all phases of design through installation, including, but not limited to AutoCad and SketchUp, sourcing, specifying and procurement. Construction Drawings, 3D modeling and space planning
• Work directly with team to create and presentations to include drawings, furniture, FF & E, surface materials, color palettes and lighting.
• Generate plan specifications based on client needs and contract requirements
• Generate model, finish plans, specifications and material selections needed for construction
• Assist Principal and Sr. Designer to source and work with outside vendors to procure and coordinate all furniture, fixtures and accessories.
• Manage multiple projects
• Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers and fabricators.
• Graphic and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas through 3D modeling..

Qualifications

Pay : $64,601.00 - $67,685.00 per year
