Accounting Associate

Position Overview :

As an Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the accounting department by managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable (AP) :

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare payment batches and assist with timely processing of payments.
• Maintain accurate records of AP transactions and manage the AP ledger.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
