Summary :

This role will be primarily responsible for lease accounting tasks. A successful candidate will be able to work independently and be well-organized, flexible, and have a demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks at a time.

What you will do...

• Prepare and / or review journal entries for accuracy and in a timely manner during close.
• Prepare and / or review account reconciliations for accuracy and quality.
• Perform or review key internal controls.
• Prepare quarterly deliverables related to balance sheet and P&L analysis.
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards as needed.
• Assist with internal and external audits through coordination of requests and implementation of follow-up actions.
• Partner with the business in continuous improvement efforts, projects, system implementations and other initiatives.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the department and manage the team through the change.
• Partner with the Corporate Controllers group, the Division Finance teams, and functional counterparts to complete ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Draft and / or edit relevant end-to-end process flows or desk-top procedures.
• Own certain administrative duties around general ledger master data maintenance and approval of user access rights.

Compensation and Benefits :

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $83,500-$120,100. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
