Registered Nurse license and experience preferred

The Senior Manager - Clinical Transformation will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients. They will work with a team of highly-motivated individuals with clinical, management consulting, public health, change management, and healthcare delivery experience and are expected to effectively manage individual work streams and influence stakeholders across clinical, operational, and cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Clinical and Operational Expertise :

• Leverages understanding of all processes associated with dialysis at DaVita, especially for hemodialysis, to develop solutions that will have meaningful clinical impact
• Draws on deep clinical knowledge and skills (e.g. fluid and electrolyte balance, infection control, medications ) and understanding of potential co-morbid conditions to inform 'why' and 'how' interventions will impact patient health outcomes

The Salary Range for the role is $100,000.00 - $147,000.00 / year.
