This individual thrives in complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and drives execution by building alignment and influence across physicians, executives, and field leaders. The ideal candidate balances strategic vision with disciplined execution, is highly organized, and communicates effectively across all levels of the Village.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Operations & Management Processes

Develop and oversee management systems for GMDs, including dashboards, recurring reviews, and KPI tracking that create visibility into physician engagement, clinical outcomes, and organizational impact

Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions

Integrate Focus Practice Outreach and other physician engagement initiatives into OCMO processes.

2. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead communication campaigns that clarify GMD / OCMO roles and strengthen their visibility across the Village.

Expand "Get Smart with OCMO" content and reach, ensuring accessibility and relevance.

Design and launch a practical GMD "Guide" for field leaders (RODs, Palmers, SDCS, IKC Ops).

3. Strategic Partnerships & Alignment

Partner with OCMO, DKC, and IKC leaders to align priorities and streamline execution of cross-functional initiatives.

Support Clinical Subcommittee topics, ensuring preparation and follow-through for OCMO leaders.

Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across OCMO and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact

Optimize leader time through strategic scheduling, roundtables, and forums

4. Team Development & Culture

Collaborate with GMDs and OCMO leadership to define team culture, strategy, and professional development pathways.

Support OCMO education initiatives, including physician workgroups, live meetings, and training sessions.

Facilitate recurring team and stakeholder engagements to drive alignment, learning, and growth.

Build and reinforce the GMD team brand by highlighting its role, contributions, and impact across the Village.

Promote engagement by ensuring teammates feel connected to Village strategy, values, and outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician engagement, or clinical strategy.

Preferred

Advanced degree (MHA, MBA, MPH) or equivalent healthcare leadership experience.

Familiarity with physician practice operations, clinical quality programs, and value-based care.
