Overview

The Principal Product Manager, Innovation maximizes the mission, sustainability and reputation of Children's Mercy by overseeing the innovation solution pipeline to ensure market impact and alignment to strategic priorities. This role works closely with the Program Managers, Innovation, in early solution development, focusing on clarity of audience, needs, value proposition, business models, strategic partnerships, and capability development. During solution development, the PPM manages complex programs & also coaches project teams across the portfolio to track progress to goals, create future-back solution roadmaps and develop go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue & reach. In collaboration with Director, Innovation Development, acts as a champion of innovation, fostering both internal alignment and expanding external relationships. The PPM is a thought leader for emerging capabilities and market trends to inform the long-term proactive innovation roadmap of solutions to stay ahead in the market.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $55.70 / hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children's Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
