Job Description :

As a Data Analyst / IT Consultant at Client, you will serve as a technology expert and a pivotal figure in advancing data services. You will be instrumental in analyzing, compiling, validating, and querying data related to discrimination incidents, cases, and outcomes. Your expertise in statistical analysis will illuminate trends and patterns that are critical for our mission's success. In addition to these duties, you will also serve as a business analyst driving requirements for the enhancement of a case management system at Client. Finally, you will assist with various end user support roles as needed. Key Responsibilities - Analyze and manage data using advanced data analysis and datamining techniques.

• Engage with Client customers, managers, executives, and end users to analyze project objectives, data source systems, and data application specifications. Minimum Qualifications - 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with MSSharePoint and Power BI. - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with usersto define requirements and build out user stories and use cases for a new casemanagement system. - 6+ years of experience in IT support roles in a Microsoftenvironment troubleshooting PC and LAN related issues. - Strong understanding of data analysis, data mining, andstatistical analysis techniques. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with theability to address diverse audiences. - Proven track record of working independently and as a technicallead.
