Responsibilities
CORE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) :
- Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives.
- Develops an agency relationship with existing and new clients
- Answer incoming calls from existing clients, service calls
- Ability to quote prospects and follow up with leads
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Must obtain a PC Insurance license prior to starting work- licensing process is paid for
- Create relationships from a cold start.

- Professional phone etiquette.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
