In this role, you will :
Provide high-level support to the team within our Sacramento officeContribute to marketing, graphic design, project management, and administrative functionsExecute marketing tactics including brochure / flyer development, advertising, website edits, mapping, email marketing, social media graphics, and direct mailEnsure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelinesWork within branded templatesManage 20+ projects simultaneously with minimal directionWhat You’ll Bring :
2–4 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or graphic designExperience with online design and email marketing platformsBackground in real estate or construction is a plusAbility to learn new software and in-house platformsBachelor’s degree or graphic design certification preferredBeginner / Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Knowledge of email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Email Studio)Strong prioritization and time management skillsCommitment to delivering top-tier service
