Arizona Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

A company is looking for an External Mortgage Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and cultivate a pipeline of mortgage loan opportunities through outreach and marketing

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and prospective borrowers

Manage the entire loan process from application through closing, ensuring compliance and timely closings

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or specialized training preferred

1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role

Deep knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and compliance standards

Active NMLS number is required

Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely without direct supervision
