Idaho Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

A company is looking for an External Mortgage Loan Officer to work remotely and build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and cultivate a pipeline of mortgage loan opportunities through outreach and marketing

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and prospective borrowers

Manage the entire loan process from application through closing, ensuring compliance and communication

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or specialized training preferred

1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role

Deep knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and compliance standards

Self-motivated with an active NMLS number required

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
