Who We’re Looking For :
The Technical Support Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for IT support, delivering Tier 1 technical assistance for issues related to installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading PC hardware and software. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal workstation performance, supporting printing and connectivity, configuring mobile technology, and managing user access and authorization.
The primary focus of this role is refreshing PCs as part of an asset lifecycle program. This position is vital to delivering a positive and effective end-user experience for all employees, contractors, and vendors. The role involves hands-on work such as building and imaging PCs and laptops, setting up and maintaining printers, supporting peripheral hardware, and managing user accounts. The role follows consistent ITIL best practices to address recurring issues and improve service delivery.
100% onsite in Milwaukee / Wauwatosa
Initial duration to 12 / 31 / 2025 with potential for annual renewals

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position stats at $14 / hr. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
