Position :   Shipping and Receiving Associate

Location :  Joe Basil Chevrolet – 5111 Transit Rd Depew NY 14043

Compensation :  Between $20.00-$25.00 per hour (Based on knowledge and experience)

Schedule : Full Time - 5 Day Work Week

What you'll do :

• Responsible for ensuring all parts and products are entered into inventory accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts & accessory shipments for quality and accuracy
• Restock and organize inventory in storage locations
• Process and package outgoing parts orders for technicians and wholesale accounts
• Handling of material returns (Core, Warranty, damaged returns)
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment
• Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
• Help drivers with loading of parts trucks
• Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule
• Maintain accurate accounting records for purchased and / or returned parts
