The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in API testing and a deep understanding of payment systems, preferably with experience in the banking sector. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Conduct API testing to ensure integration accuracy and system performance.
• Validate payment workflows, transaction processing, and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients during onboarding and go-live phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment systems and integrations.
• Prepare and deliver bilingual (English & Spanish) documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
